About A Head In The Game
Sport has been part of my life from an early age, from competing at county and national level to simply enjoying the game for what it is. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned something that isn’t talked about enough: talent and hard work aren’t always the issue - more often, it’s the mental side of sport that makes the difference.

I understand first-hand the pressure to perform, the fear of letting people down, and the shame that can come from struggling mentally, especially when everyone assumes you “should” be able to cope. I know how isolating it can feel to care deeply about your sport but feel held back by nerves, self-doubt, or inconsistency on game day.

That experience is why I’m so passionate about mental performance coaching - and why I believe it shouldn’t be reserved for a select few. Through A Head In The Game, my mission is to make mental performance coaching accessible to everyone, particularly young athletes who want to perform with confidence, consistency, and freedom.
I help athletes build practical mental skills so they can manage pressure, trust themselves, and let their talent shine - not just in training, but when it matters most.
