Sport has always been a big part of who I am. I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced it at a high level - and I also know how challenging it can feel when the mental side doesn’t quite fall into place.
Like many athletes, I’ve had my own struggles with confidence, pressure, and overthinking. Tennis, in particular, has tested me over the years. I love the game, but I didn’t always enjoy how I felt when competing - which is what led me to explore mental performance more deeply and, ultimately, to build this business.

Alongside this, I’m also a mum of two children who play sport at a high level. I understand what it’s like on the sidelines - wanting to support, encourage, and help, while sometimes not being sure what the right thing to say or do is.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real experience. I focus on giving athletes simple, effective tools they can actually use - in training and in competition - to feel calmer, more confident, and in control when it matters most.
